Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (where possible)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of the product being delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return. Please ask our customer service to make sure you are sending the package to the correct address.

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for a 14-day refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific charge should be based on the express company you choose.

If, for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs for this reason.

Consumers are not charged a restocking fee for product returns.

Refund (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you a receipt notification email. We will also notify you whether the refund is approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or incomplete refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Then contact your bank. Refunds often take some time to process before they are sent. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@szybki.shop.
